AISZ Student Experience

Service Learning is a teaching pedagogy that connects curiculum with the greater community. It offers students and staff the opportunity to go beyond the curriculum by responding to the actual needs in the community. Through our efforts, we hope to instill a sense of leadership, civic responsibility and problems solving while, at the same time, making learning more meaningful and enriching our curriculum.

AISZ Upper School looks forward to the Upper School Unity Days, which are held each year in the fall. The Unity Trip always an enjoyable experience for both students and the accompanying staff. Not only will the students experience a rich variety of educational activities outside the classroom setting, they will also have an opportunity to get to know each other and truly become a team.

AISZ has an in-house medical officer, licensed doctor of general medicine working in a AISZ Medical Office, as well as a dedicated physical trainer for athletics.
