Last week, our Lower School teachers embarked on a two-day professional learning journey with Megan Holmstrom, an international math consultant. The sessions focused on deepening their understanding of effective math instruction, with an emphasis on equity and accessibility for all learners.

At AISZ, we use MAP (Measures of Academic Progress) assessments to help identify learning gaps and advanced abilities in students across both Lower and Upper School.

As the first semester begins, we are thrilled to launch our extensive after-school activities and athletics programs. With a wide variety of options available for both Upper School (US) and Lower School (LS) students, this year’s lineup promises to keep everyone engaged, challenged, and excited throughout the school year.
