The AISZ staff consists of 54 members, including administrative staff, faculty, support staff and specialists representing 9 nationalities with experience ranging from 2 to over 30 years.
American and International Baccalaureate Programs:
Pre-Kindergarten for 3 and 4 year olds; Elementary School Program Kindergarten for 5 year olds; Grades 1-5; Middle School Program Grades 6-8; High School Program Grades 9-12 with the option of the IB Diploma Program in grades 11 and 12.

First graduating class was in 2004. One hundred percent of graduating classes go on to higher education or into the military. The goal of the university placement counseling program at AISZ is to help students find the university that best fits their needs. Most AISZ students apply to English-instruction universities in North America, the UK and Europe. Several students have also chosen to attend Croatian universities.

After School Activities
Activities are organized according to students' interests each semester. Activities typically include: basketball, soccer, study support, cooking, dance, combo sports, choir, SAT prep, arts and crafts, chess club, computers, math club, reader's theatre, CAS fitness, yoga.
MS & HS CEESA Activities/Athletics
AISZ is a member of the Central Eastern Schools Association. Activities and Athletics programs include:

Students in grades 4 and 5 take an annual academic trip; these are overnight trips to a variety of locations throughout Croatia, which are tied to the curriculum. Students in grades 6-8 and 9-12 participate in overnight trips, which focus on developing leadership, unity and positive social and emotional growth and development.
